Project Manager II, Industrial Operations

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager II, Industrial Operations to lead capital expenditure projects at our Vancouver Shipyard. Reporting to the Facilities and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for delivering complex facilities and construction projects that support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted shipbuilding operations. This position requires a project leader with deep expertise in facilities management, industrial construction, and heavy manufacturing environments ideally within marine or shipyard operations. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of building renovations, equipment upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and maintenance initiatives, ranging from minor enhancements to major capital upgrades. Given the operational sensitivity of a live shipyard, this role demands strategic planning, strong stakeholder coordination, and the ability to execute projects without disrupting production activities.
