Spring Up (Entry-Level) General Description/Purpose: - Ability to read production tickets and any special instructions - Be able to train and learn to install No-Sags and close up furniture pieces using burlap. - Use special tools including scissors, staple guns, banding guns, webbing stretchers, staple pullers, and pliers - Scan the piece out of the Spring-Up department and send to Expediting area upon completion - Maintain 6S in work area - Keep work area clean and clear Physical Job Requirements: - Carry and move furniture pieces up to and exceeding 200 pounds with assistance - Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, crouch, handle, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance Benefits: Stickley offers a competitive benefits package including: L & J.
