What You'll Be Doing The Insurance & Annuity Product Governance Analyst supports the oversight and administration of Stifel’s insurance and annuity product platform. This role assists with product governance, regulatory implementation, carrier coordination, and operational processes to ensure insurance and annuity products are managed in accordance with firm standards and regulatory requirements. The position works closely with internal partners—including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Order Entry—as well as external insurance and annuity carriers. The Analyst will work alongside an experienced team member to learn the firm’s insurance and annuity governance framework, carrier relationships, and regulatory processes, with increasing responsibility assumed over time. What We're Looking For: - Assist with the review of carrier and vendor selling agreements from a business perspective and support coordination of legal review with Stifel’s Legal department and carrier legal teams.• Support the implementation of new or revised industry regulations impacting insurance and annuity products by coordinating updates to processes, documentation, and systems.• Partner with Compliance to he...
