Process Automation Business Analyst (Workflow Engineer)

Job description

We are looking for a Process Automation Business Analyst to help design, optimise, and rebuild our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows using low‑code and no‑code platforms. This is not a traditional BA role it is hands-on, design-focused, and suited to someone who understands processes deeply and can translate them into automated, scalable digital workflows. You will work closely with SMEs, product owners, and engineers to document current-state CLM processes, identify gaps, streamline manual tasks, and rebuild end‑to‑end workflows using low-code automation tools.
