The Civil Site Superintendent will leverage civil/site development experience to ensure implementation of design in compliance with Permit Requirements, Project Quality Control Plan and the Critical Path Schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for overseeing solar site land development activities from Request for Proposal (RFP) through design plan preparation, construction, and closeout to ensure projects are completed on budget and schedule - Value engineer civil land development plans during design and construction - Review bid packages, including detailed cost analysis, takeoffs, schedules, and scope of work - Negotiate bid pa...
