In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team delivering structured, high‑quality governance across a major public transport program supporting robust decision‑making, timely issue resolution, and a culture of accountability that helps shape the future of NSW’s cities, centres and regions. This role will see you own and streamline core governance processes: provide high‑level secretariat support to governance groups; draft clear, decision‑ready papers and briefing materials; manage action and decision registers; coordinate the Independent International Review Panel; and facilitate program meetings that drive priorities to completion. You’ll also support ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, house folder notes and speech notes gaining exposure to senior forums and developing your influence across a complex, high‑profile program environment.
