Y Queensland are recruiting a Payroll System Replacement - HR Lead and Project Manager on a Fixed-Term, Full-Time basis to join our team based in Fortitude Valley. As the Payroll System Replacement - HR Lead and Project Manager you will manage end-to-end project accountability with functional leadership across payroll and HR systems. The position leads system selection, design, configuration, testing, and transition to operations, and is accountable for payroll business rules, legislative compliance, and system integrity across payroll, time and attendance, and the broader HR ecosystem What will my time look like? Project Management: - Accountable for delivery of project scope, schedule, and budget. - Coordinate all project activities across stakeholders, vendors, and systems. HR / Payroll Functional Leadership: - Responsible for payroll business rules, compliance, and payroll accuracy - Lead go-to-market activities to identify, assess, and select payroll systems.
