What You’ll Do Your key accountabilities will include: - Use technology, AI, and automation to streamline processes and reduce manual effort. - Monitor progress across projects and activities, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deadlines are met. - Identify, manage, and escalate risks that could impact delivery. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and maintain momentum across initiatives. - Support the preparation of reports, updates, and documentation needed for successful project delivery. Who You Are: Your skills and experience will include: - Analytical and structured, with a strong ability to organise work efficiently and manage complexity. - A clear communicator, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. - Adaptable and comfortable operating in a changing, transformation‑focused environment. - Skilled in stakeholder management, able to collaborate across Property, Finance, Retail Operations, and external partners. - Technically curious and digitally capable, with an understanding of Power BI (desirable but not essential).
