At Boom, we’re bringing CNC programming capability in-house so we can iterate faster, verify programs in process, and adapt on the fly. This is not a role where you inherit proven toolpaths and push “go.” You’ll be programming complex aerospace parts, testing your work on the floor, and shaping the standards for how Boom machines everything from prototypes to production hardware.
