PRN Patient Service Specialist needed for our Valley Ortho Clinic! GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Skills: Experience: - Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties. - Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule. - Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills - Bilingual preferred - Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills - Two years in a reception or clerical field. - We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
