About the Role The role of the License Practical Nurse (LPN ) a t US Urology Partners is to provide clinical support to the providers of our practice. What You’ll Be Doing: The LP N directs assigned provider patient schedule throughout the day. Responsible for medication/script line. Re-directs the message to the RN, APP or provider if any clinical assessments need to be made on the patient’s behalf. Responsible for completing, in a timely manner, all company t raining and in - services, including but not limited to annual OSHA training and PPD placements. Prepares room & equipment for office procedures assist ing provi der s with office procedures to carry out clinical care including preparing the patient for their appointment. The LP N e xplains procedures to the patients addressing any questions or concerns they may have within the scope of practice. Maintains working knowledge of OSHA compliance standards and applies these policies and procedures to daily responsibilities. Reports any adverse medication events to supervising provider.
