Job description
The HSE Manager demonstrates Total Ownership and is responsible for providing leadership and management for all aspects of health, safety, environmental, and training performance within the division . This role is accountable for driving a culture of operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and risk mitigation for both the Company and its customers. Provides visible leadership with Total Ownership mindset, promoting a strong safety culture aligned with the Journey to Excellence. Works in conjunction with the General Manager to establish an deliver on division HSE objectives and priorities. Fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and procedural discipline through consistent and timely feedback to operations and support functions. Acts as a subject matter expert on HSE standards within the Integrated Journey to Excellence (iJ2E) management system, as well as applicable regulations, contracts, and governing documents.
