Production Operator

Job description

- Inspect glass for defects. - Pack glass according to specifications for shipment. - Ensure quality production to meet customers specifications. - Completes required quality/production paperwork. - Maintain line cleanliness, sweeping and shoveling glass, proper storage of tools, and emptying trash. - Report unsafe equipment and/or conditions. - Maintain operations at the highest standards set forth by Vitro's customers, production, and quality departments. What We Offer: - $18.68 per hour, plus an additional $0.50 shift differential (nights) - Every other weekend off. 12-hour shifts. - Paid vacation from day one - Medical, dental, and vision - 401k with match Education / Experience: - Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred but not required. - Entry level position with the expectations to advance and move into other positions.
