The Inbound/Outbound Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the dock area, managing the inbound and outbound shipment processes, and ensuring timely and accurate handling of products. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Dock Superintendent will coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and meet company standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Detailed Responsibilities: Supervision of Core Warehouse Functions: The Inbound/ Outbound Superintendent must demonstrate proficiency in all warehouse functions and processes and ensure compliance with standard procedures on a daily basis. The Inbound/ Outbound Superintendent is accountable for maintaining the layout and organization of all warehouse spaces and ensuring the inbound/outbound team is creating and promoting a safe workplace.
