Job description

Own the accuracy and integrity of inventory in a fast-moving operation. As DP World launches its new facility in Rialto, CA, we’re looking for an Inventory Supervisor to lead efforts in maintaining precise stock control and supporting operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll oversee inventory processes, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records while partnering closely with Operations and IT to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows. You’ll play a key part in establishing best practices that support accuracy, visibility, and accountability across the site. About the Role: How you will contribute: - Manage the inventory control team in the day-to-day business to maintain and improve efficiency and quality of work: Interviewing, monitoring and appraisal of direct reports (including disciplinary procedures, sickness management, vacation management, business continuity and succession planning). - Ensure procedures are documented & followed.
