Position Purpose: This role identifies and facilitates enterprise-wide process improvement activities utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to strengthen business infrastructure and performance. Responsibilities include mapping processes in Visio, assessing process/procedural documentation needs, and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. The position also manages documentation repositories (in a decentralized environment) and performs annual documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
