This is a pivotal, role with responsibility for providing visible clinical leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight across clinical services. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, the postholder will play a critical role in driving quality, safety, performance and sustainable growth, ensuring the hospital continues to deliver outstanding patient care within a robust governance and regulatory framework.
