Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Certified Medical Assistant - Specialties - Oakbrook Terrace - Full-Time Ambulatory OBGYN clinic looking for CMA who is a great team player, patient centered and who loves working in Women's Health. Hours are currently 10- hour weekdays days, with flexible days off based on schedules. May occasionally float to other Departments at OBT. Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs. Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and is part of a three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center , Gottlieb Memorial Hospital , and MacNeal Hospital . The certified Medical Assistant Utilizes a defined skill set consistent with the basic educational program, certification, and relevant work experience to deliver direct care to the patient in the ambulatory setting. Working under the direct supervision/licensure of the physician, the Medical Assistant is an integral member of the health care team and is responsible for coordinating the pre/intra/post aspects of the medical visit.
