The Role: The Director of Business Development is primarily responsible for driving new sales growth (approximately 90% of role focus) through lead generation, prospecting, solution development, and closing new business. A secondary component of the role (approximately 10%) includes strategic account management, focused on maintaining executive-level relationships with select key clients, supporting contract renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. This role works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, value delivery, and long-term client success.
