Bitumen Supply and Distribution Manager

Downer is currently seeking a Bitumen Supply and Distribution Manager to lead the safe, compliant, reliable and cost‑effective national coordination of bitumen transport and delivery . With responsibility for national scheduling, Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance, subcontractor driver relationships and tanker fleet utilisation, this role plays a critical part in ensuring continuity of supply across Downer’s operations. You will also gain exposure to bitumen procurement, demand forecasting and internal benchmark pricing administration, providing an excellent platform for broader supply chain or commercial career progression.
