Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) Baton Rouge, Louisiana: Promoting Student Growth, Developing Employment Skills, and Encouraging Workplace Readiness The Job Coach for the Program for Successful Employment (PSE) and B.E.A.R.S program provides direct, on-site support to students with cognitive and developmental disabilities in internship and employment settings. This position focuses on reinforcing job tasks, workplace behaviors, and skill development to promote student success. The Job Coach implements support strategies under the direction of the Transition Specialist and does not hold primary responsibility for coordination of placements or program planning.
