Description Job Summary: This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of loan documents, maintaining an organized system for document processing, and supporting our commitment to providing exceptional service to our members. Essential Job Duties: Processing Duties: - Prepare appropriate title release letters and other letters for members as needed with accuracy and detail. - Process and sort mail to appropriate Loan Services teams - Accurately process daily batch jobs for all funds received on loan payoff checks, and insurance checks. - Process incoming vehicle titles. Verify title for accuracy and file in title cabinets. - Verify and deliver titles or checks to the dealer/member in the lobby when requested and verify loan has paid off. - Process vehicle titles when loan paid off. - Mail title if needed after verifying proper address. Administrative Duties: - Perform loan support in accordance with policies, established procedures, and interpreting regulations while meeting all deadlines and performance expectations. - Provide exceptional service to internal and external members in alignment with the Credit Union's core values. - Support the member and Credit Union staff by resp...
