Inventory Control Team Member – Keep Our Culinary Operations Running Smoothly! We’re hiring an Inventory Control Team Member to support our culinary warehouse operations and help ensure our production teams have the materials they need—on time, every time. What You’ll Do: - Inventory Accuracy: Receive, label, and store items properly; audit inventory in real-time using ERP (X3) systems. - System Updates: Track materials and finished goods in X3, ensuring every count, code, and lot number matches. - Stock Monitoring: Regularly check inventory levels, communicate shortages or overages, and support restock decisions. - Internal Communication: Serve as a key contact for warehouse and manufacturing teams to coordinate inventory flow. - Process Improvement: Investigate inventory issues and suggest solutions that improve efficiency and reduce waste. - Material Support: Ensure timely delivery of audited materials to manufacturing; manage and track over/under usage. - Returns & Labeling: Accurately label and log all manufacturing returns into the...
