Join us as a Pensions Operations Excellence Analyst within our Outsourcing line of business based out of our office in Redhill working hybrid.: The Pensions Operations Excellence Analyst role is an exciting opportunity and pivotal to the delivery and growth of the LifeSight Product. LifeSight is WTW’s Defined Contribution (DC) MasterTrust with administration undertaken by WTW’s dedicated trust-based business. LifeSight currently has a membership of over 400k with an AUM of c.£25bn. Reporting into the LifeSight Operational Excellence (OpEx) Lead, you will be jointly responsible for LifeSight’s Operational Excellence function, including supporting the delivery of operations improvements/enhancements, supporting the maintaining of a culture of continuous improvement and supporting team members skills development through Lean training.
