The Account Manager supports the Account Executive by assisting in the day-to-day management of client accounts. This role involves coordinating client communications, executing account strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Account Manager acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams to meet client needs and drive satisfaction. How You Will Contribute: Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication. Address client inquiries, issues, and requests with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and updates under the guidance of the Account Executive. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
