Job description

Reporting to the AM Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily pick-up and delivery operations via our extensive Agent network. Based at our state-of-the-art depot in St Marys, this is a great opportunity for someone has excellent communications and rapport building skills and is motivated to strive for improvements and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Liaising with clients to understand their freight and logistics needs - Coordinating the movement of freight through our supply chain, ensuring the completion of all deliveries and pickups in line with Transit guidelines. - Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers (both internal and external) on the status of their orders - Resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction - Streamline administrative and operational processes to optimize allocation of pick-ups and deliveries. - Meet operational objectives in scanning, damage reduction, DIFOT and cost as per Northline performance expectations. - Ensure adherence to Freight Presentation and Packaging Policy by...
