InterWell Health Partners Inc., Senior Manager, Medical Economics, (Waltham, MA- Remote): Coordinate companywide requests for analysis and monitoring of engineering-related data, applying engineering and economic knowledge and expertise to support business initiatives and solve business problems to support management. Manage team of analysts through data analysis and related projects. Duties include: - Manage and assign data reporting projects to analyst team to support key functions including provider contract development, product development, client membership and metrics reporting. - Oversee, financial information collection and preparation for management review. - Lead and develop direct reports through coaching and development plans, fostering an engaged and productive team. - Utilize programming skills and systems to access, organize, and analyze complex data, ensuring accuracy and drawing sound conclusions. - Monitor and assess operational performance, identifying trends and discrepancies while ensuring effective execution of responsibilities and activities. - Drive continuous improvement in data capabilities and quality of department analysis and reporting. - Maintain exten...
