In this role, you will: Oversee and coordinate laboratory team activities, ensuring efficient workflow, clear task delegation, conducting training sessions , and a collaborative working environment. Plan and supervise electrical tests that support the development of new products and improvements in material properties, with a strong focus on industrial application . Analyze test results and prepare reports for stakeholders.
