About the role We have a new opportunity for a Systems Test Manager to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full ‑ time vacancy based in our Oldham office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style. The overall purpose of the role is to lead and manage the test team and drive the testing of both newly developed and changes to operational Information Systems supporting the Guinness Partnership across our Cloud, On-Premise and Vendor estate. The role also offers the ability to shape and improve our overall test strategy and our ways of working. What we are looking for: We know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will be leading the testing of complex IT systems, and shaping a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will guide a high‑performing team, supporting Agile and Waterfall deliveries in an established DevOps environment, ensuring our digital, cloud and legacy platforms meet the highest standards for our customers.
