A PROPERTY MANAGER, with experience in the real estate sector as a real estate financial manager, client accountant, asset manager or similar position 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site visits to properties within the portfolio to assess conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and company standards. Assist in the leasing process, including showing properties to potential tenants, conducting tenant screenings, negotiating lease terms, and preparing lease agreements.
