What will you do?: Your role will be to empower our indigenous participants to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by - Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. - Identifying new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs. - Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients - Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity - Working across our Sydney East Metro region including Redfern, Maroubra, Marrickville, Burwood and Miranda.
