From laid-back waterfront service at Lido, to high-energy nights at Monterrey, to vibrant poolside moments at Belle Bar, this role adapts seamlessly while maintaining The Standard’s signature service style, polished, playful, and effortlessly engaging. The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, crafting quality beverages with consistency and precision, and maintaining an organized, guest-ready bar at all times. Key Responsibilities: Serve and engage with guests in a warm, sincere, and professional manner across all outlets.
