This role involves receiving, cutting, grinding, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising products in the meat department. The Meat Cutter will also order and stock pre-packaged meat items, assist customers with special requests, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position requires proficiency in operating meat cutting equipment and adherence to safety protocols at all times. General Purpose: The general purpose of the Meat Cutter is to provide customers with the best quality meat products while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the meat department.
