Paralegal PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Paralegal to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Martinez Refinery in Martinez, CA. The Paralegal position will support the Martinez Refinery’s Managing Counsel with discovery, production, litigation and regulatory matters, records management, and other support as needed across our network of refineries. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Paralegal will specifically assist the Managing Counsel and other PBF attorneys as follows: Independently performs legal research and legal writing. Provides litigation assistance to attorneys and outside counsel, including drafting of legal briefs, motions, correspondence; prepares and organizes exhibits, documents, memoranda, reports, and correspondence relating to cases.
