About the role The Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton is seeking applications for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work within our PACU unit within the Operating room complex in permanent, full-time or part time. Shifts are predominately Monday to Friday, but some weekend shifts may be required. On-call responsibilities are also a feature of this role. Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton's perioperative services comprise five operating complexes, seven recovery bays and a central sterilising Unit. The Theatre Complex provides pre- and post-operative recovery room care and specialised endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures. The surgical case mix includes orthopaedic, obstetric, gynaecologic, ENT, oral, urology, paediatric, general, bariatric, vascular, spinal and ophthalmic surgery. Salary range: $41.73 - $53.53 (RN1) per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
