We’re looking for a Senior Sales Controller to join us at Telia. I’m Anders Selin , Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development. In this unit, we design & drive the change agenda – from idea to effect. We define & implement new steering models, working methods and business rules for all customer units, from high velocity sales to advanced bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop & reinforce the organization’s skills in both processes and sales methods through training and coaching of our employees and leaders across the B2B organization. What you’ll do: - Create , develop and optimize sales bonus models and incentive structures. Ensure that models drive the right behavior and are aligned with our business targets. - Develop the overall Sales Performance KPI/PI framework, including Sales targets, churn KPIs, pipeline quality, productivity metrics.
