Job DetailsJob Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256Position Purpose: We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead and grow one or more high-performing engineering teams responsible for building and operating our SaaS platform. This role balances people leadership, technical oversight, and delivery execution in a Microsoft-based technology environment that also embraces cloud-native, containerized architectures. You will partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery while continuously improving engineering practices.
