JOB SUMMARY: Greet patients and visitors in Radiology department. Answer and direct calls to appropriate area. Provide check-in process for patients and accurately enter orders. Assist in patient workflow and throughput, managing schedule. Process requests for records. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: - High school diploma required. Minimum Work Experience: Experience preferred. Required Skills: - Must have basic computer skills.
