Job description

Cytokinetics is a late-stage, specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing first-in-class muscle activators and next-in-class muscle inhibitors as potential treatments for debilitating diseases in which cardiac muscle performance is compromised. As a leader in muscle biology and the mechanics of muscle performance, the company is developing small molecule drug candidates specifically engineered to impact myocardial muscle function and contractility. As part of the Commercial organization, this role plays a key role in driving the marketing strategy and execution for innovative cardiovascular therapies across France & Benelux. Reporting to the Head of Commercial France & Benelux, the position combines strategic contribution with strong operational leadership to support successful product launches and sustainable brand growth. The role works in close partnership with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and Sales, as well as with Global and Regional Marketing counterparts.
