The Role: The Partnership Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative work for the Partnership Marketing Department, including general clerical, tracking budgets, invoicing, tracking of payments, contract management, database management, processing of US Open sponsor ticket orders, corporate gifting, and department attendance.
