Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This list is not all inclusive and may include other duties as necessary. - Operate Scrap Compactor, process accumulated scrap daily. - Maintain organization of slugs and stage slugs on the production lines for 24-hour period. - Unload incoming material including slugs and packaging material. - Complete receiving records and put slugs away in designated racking system. - Maintain and monitor accurate inventory records using the Company’s computer system. - Empty chip hoppers as required by production. - Pick up cardboard and operate bailer, ensure all bailers are empty at the end of your shift. - Assist with emptying hoppers on lines as required by production. - Maintain acceptable housekeeping and safety standards. - Support other operations within the Warehouse department. - Performs related job functions as assigned. - Record accurate inventory files electronically. - Coordinate inventory levels in both plant and outside the warehouse.
