Default Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 40 Salary range: $22.83 - $34.69 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Hour employee Department: Information Systems Job Objective: Provides technical desktop support for Eisenhower Health computers and associated peripherals. Education: Required: Associate’s degree in IT related field or an additional one (1) year of applicable IT experience in lieu of degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field Licensure/Certification: Required: Valid CA driver license; CompTIA A+, or equivalent, within six (6) months of hire/promotion Experience: Required: One (1) year of experience as Desktop Technician or equivalent role or two (2) years of experience as a Desktop Technician or equivalent role in lieu of degree or completion of Desktop Technician rotation in EMC IT Apprentice program Preferred: IT Service Desk experience in healthcare Reports To: Manager-Desktop and Mobility Services Supervises: N/A Ages of Patients: N/A Blood Borne Pathogens: Minimal/No Potential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to ask clarifying questions and review documents for accuracy, Ability to create and maintain positive interpersonal relation...
