Nemours is seeking an Echocardiography Operations & Clinical Specialist . The Echocardiography Operational & Clinical Specialist , along with the Medical Director of the Echocardiography Lab, includes operational oversight of the echocardiography lab. Together, this team maintains ICAEL lab accreditation for all services provided, coordinates equipment purchasing and budgeting within each budget cycle, coordinates equipment maintenance and repair with biomed/vendors, supports growth and outreach initiatives throughout the Delaware Valley service area. The role helps maintain and grow partner (e.g. Jefferson) relationships, supports interdepartmental relationships within Nemours, maintains the educational and CME structure of the lab, establishes and maintains a cadence of communication and process improvements with cardiology counterparts at Nemours-Florida, participates in procedural billing audits, and continuous improvement with other members of the operational teams (internal and external) , and works hand in hand with the Epic and Enterprise Imaging Informatics teams to manage and optimize the technical components of the performance, transfer, and reporting of an Nemours and n...
