About the Role: You'll own the financial and operational infrastructure of the company, from implementing AP/AR systems and building data integrations with a future centralized ERP, to automating workflows and managing our internal systems stack. This is a builder role: you'll design the systems that let the business scale, then hand off operations to keep them running. You'll report to the Head of Finance, with a part-time IT Manager reporting to you.
