Job Title: Porter TA Travel Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team in our Holstein, IA location.. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers alike. Key Responsibilities: If you are dedicated, hardworking, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! - Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas of the facility. - Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and customer-facing areas. - Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces and meetings. - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed. - Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guests and staff. - Adhere to all safety regulations and standards.
