About this role: As Director, Corporate Communications, Global Conferences, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive communications that advances the Global Conferences business strategy and fosters associate engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Communications, you will act as a trusted advisor to three senior leaders: Marketing, Operations, and Gartner C-level Communities, driving change management, executive communications and initiatives that enhance organizational productivity and culture. What you’ll do: Partner with the Senior Director to architect and deliver a globally consistent communications strategy that supports Global Conferences’ business priorities, change initiatives and culture efforts. Serve as the principal communications lead for three senior leaders, providing strategic counsel and managing the end-to-end development of executive messaging. Drive change communications and associate engagement initiatives, leveraging Gartner best practices to foster understanding alignment, and action across the organization.
