Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: The Director of Football Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for the comprehensive management of video operations, performance technology, and specialized infrastructure for the Football program. This position serves as the primary architect for the department’s digital strategy, overseeing the capture, organization, and distribution of high-level scouting and practice film. Beyond video, this role manages complex hardware ecosystems and large-scale facility technology within the Jones Hill House to ensure a seamless, tech-forward environment for coaches, student-athletes, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Video Operations & Scouting: Direct the filming and editing of all practices and games. Organize and present opponent scouting and self-scout film in linear and non-linear formats using DVSport and Focus Live to support real-time coaching decisions. Performance Tech & Data Management: Manage the Catapult System (100+ clients) and video servers.
