Assist hotel guests with beach chair, umbrella, and beach towel rentals in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Must be 21 years of age or older to serve and prepare alcoholic beverages, in compliance with local and state laws* NOTE: This description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Other related duties may be assigned as required in addition to the principal duties outlined above. - Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. - Control guest checks and secure proper payment by handling cash, credit cards & hotel guest’s room charges. - Clear tables upon guest’s departure. - Set up and refill condiment station as needed. - Assist guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, towel rentals and other requests as needed. - Complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor and Manager. - Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment. - Set up umbrellas, wipe down t...
