onsemi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize the performance, reliability, and sustainment of manufacturing equipment supporting Automation, Metrology, and Pumps & Abatement. This role is critical to ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective equipment operation in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment. Area: Automation, Metrology, Pumps, and Abatement Shift: Days (supports 24/7 operations) Equipment: - Automation: PRI AeroTrak, PRI stockers, PST Sorter - Metrology: KLA, Therma-wave, JEOL, Bio-Rad, CDE Resmap, Nikon/Leica scopes - Pumps & Abatement: Dry pumps (Edwards/Ebara), POU Abatement (Edwards TPU/GRC) Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of 18 direct reports (3 Equipment Engineers, 15 Maintenance Technicians) supporting 24/7 operations. - Own equipment performance KPIs, including uptime, line yield, and cost. - Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex equipment issues across Automation, Metrology, and Pumps & Abatement. - Owns one of the site’s most impactful ESG investments, leading a multi‑year abatement expansion project that reduces greenhouse gas emissions in suppor...
