This internship program offers undergraduate students with real-world application of business within the North America Shared Services organization. You will participate in an 11-week internship located in Parsippany, New Jersey for 32-40 hours per week and working a hybrid schedule. As a Communications Intern , you will collaborate with the IT team in crafting and executing communication strategies that bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll support internal communication efforts, assist with ongoing projects, and keep departments informed about IT projects, updates, and initiatives. This role will also introduce you to AI ‑ assisted communication workflows — such as drafting, summarizing, organizing, and refining content — to help improve efficiency, consistency, and reach while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
